The Board of Directors of Xcel Energy (XEL) Inc. raised the quarterly dividend on the company’s common stock from 54.75 cents per share to 57 cents per share, which is equivalent to an annual rate of $2.28 per share. The dividends are payable April 20, 2025, to shareholders of record on March 14, 2025. “Today’s dividend increase of 4.1% marks the twenty second consecutive year that Xcel Energy has increased its dividend. It signals the Board of Directors’ confidence in our long-term growth strategy, and is a result of continued operational excellence and financial strength,” said Bob Frenzel, chairman, president and CEO of Xcel Energy.
