Wynn Resorts and certain executives agreed to pay $70M to settle a class action accusing the company of securities fraud related to sexual misconduct allegations against founder Steve Wynn, Daniel Seiden of Bloomberg reports, citing a court filing. An email from Wynn said insurance will cover most of the settlement while the company will pay $9.4M, Bloomberg added.
