Wells Fargo upgraded Wyndham Hotels (WH) to Overweight from Equal Weight with a price target of $114, up from $103. The firm, which expects FY25 U.S. RevPAR for the lodging group to be up 2% year-over-year, expects the luxury and upper-upscale segments to lead, but also notes economy/mid-scale has begun inflecting positively in the Q4 and has easing comparisons in 2025.
