Wells Fargo raised the firm’s price target on Wyndham Hotels (WH) to $116 from $114 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The firm notes Wyndham Hotels’ Q4 EBITDA was in line, but FY25 guidance was 1% better than expected, and implied FY26 EBITDA is 4% above Street. Wells sees this as “meetable, and potentially beatable,” given accelerating ancillary revenues, improving RevPAR trends, and higher FeePAR.
