WisdomTree says Egan-Jones recommends holders vote for company’s board nominees

WidsomTree announced that Egan-Jones Ratings Co., an independent proxy advisory firm, has recommended that stockholders vote “FOR” all company-recommended proposals, including all nine members of WisdomTree’s Board of Directors, at WisdomTree’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
