Evercore ISI raised the firm’s price target on Williams-Sonoma to $175 from $160 and keeps an In Line rating on the shares. Improvement in EBIT margin “suggests that Williams-Sonoma has done enough to make the grade, despite the comp miss,” the analyst tells investors in a post-earnings note. The Q3 report “offered something for both bulls and bears,” and the firm settles “somewhere in the middle,” the analyst added.
