Welltower reported Q4 FFO 0.9% higher than the Street view and provided an initial guidance midpoint for 2025 that is 1.7% above the Street estimate, notes the analyst, who notes that the firm’s 2026 AFFO estimate of $5.32 is 10.6% higher than the Street consensus.
