Wells Fargo notes that Aon plc (AON) announced that Eric Andersen has stepped down as President and will become a Senior Advisor to the company through June 2026 and that CEO Greg Case will take on the President role. The firm, which is “surprised with the share’s reaction to the news,” notes that it had previously upgraded Aon in January as the firm expected the company could show strong organic growth in 2025 and says this announcement does not change that view. The firm maintains an Overweight rating and $445 price target on Aon shares.
