Google’s (GOOGL,GOOG) self-driving car unit Waymo and Hyundai Motor (HYMTF) executives have met numerous times to discuss using the South Korean auto makers, Ioniq 5 EVs “for Waymo’s sixth-generation self-driving technology,” writes Reuters. The Reuters’ story added “that the plan includes replacing offerings, opens new tab from China’s Zeekr (ZK) with the Ioniq 5 models.”
