Stifel raised the firm’s price target on Waste Connections (WCN) to $212 from $205 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Solid Waste in on track to deliver FY24 results “well above initial expectations,” with a strong price/cost spread more than offsetting lower-than-expected volume growth, the analyst tells investors in a note on the group. The firm believes FY25 should continue as “another year of mid-single-digit revenue growth and incremental margin expansion,” the analyst added.
