Truist analyst Scot Ciccarelli raised the firm’s price target on Walmart to $179 from $170 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The company’s Q4 results “remained strong”, with U.S. comps of 4% outperforming expectations, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Walmart’s value and, increasingly, convenience propositions are driving share gains across demographic cohorts, the firm added.
