BofA raised the firm’s price target on Walmart (WMT) to $120 from $110 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares ahead of the company reporting Q4 earnings on Thursday, February 20. The firm forecasts adjusted EPS of 64c and 3.5% U.S. comp growth, noting that its comp forecast implies a deceleration from 5.3% in Q3, but adding that it sees potential for upside given the more modest deceleration in observed sales and transactions seen in Bloomberg Second Measure credit and debit card data.
