Walmart is cutting hundreds of corporate jobs and asking most remote workers to move to its officers, Sarah Nassauer of The Wall Street Journal reports, citing people familiar with the matter. Further, workers in small offices like Dallas, Atlanta, and Toronto are being asked to move to other central hubs, the Journal’s sources added. Walmart will continue to allow staff to work remotely part-time if they are in the office the majority of the time.
