Reports Q3 revenue $292.3M, consensus $294.25M. “The commercial real estate market continues to improve, supported by strong fundamentals that are attracting capital to the market and driving an increase in acquisition and financing activity,” commented Walker & Dunlop Chairman and CEO Willy Walker. “As a result, nearly all of our key financial results improved in the third quarter, including a 33% year-over-year increase in diluted earnings per share to $0.85 driven by $11.6 billion of total transaction volume, up 36% year over year and 37% sequentially from Q2’24.”
