W.P. Carey increases quarterly dividend to 87.5c per share

W. P. Carey increased its quarterly cash dividend to 87.5c per share, equivalent to an annualized dividend rate of $3.50 per share. The dividend is payable on October 15 to stockholders of record as of September 30.
