Vor Bio appoints Kalir to board of directors

Vor Bio (VOR) announced the appointment of Erez Kalir to its Board of Directors. The appointment represents a new seat on Vor Bio’s Board of Directors, which has been created in connection with the recent private investment in public equity financing which was led by Reid Hoffman. Kalir will serve as the director designee of Reprogrammed Interchange Hoffman’s investment fund.
