Vonage collaborates with SAP to deliver agentic AI-driven experiences

Vonage, a part of Ericsson (ERIC), announced an expanded collaboration with SAP (SAP) to help bring agentic AI-driven experiences to enterprises. By combining Vonage’s communications and network application programming interfaces, SAP business technology platform and SAP business AI, the collaboration aims to create tangible impact through intelligent, next-generation applications integrated into existing workflows and systems.
