Oppenheimer raised the firm’s price target on Visa (V) to $321 from $318 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm notes Visa reported a solid Q4/FY24, highlighted by accelerating payment volume growth and operating margin expansion. Additionally, FY25 guidance was strong. Oppenheimer believes buy-side expected FY25 revenue growth at high-single digits, while guide was high-single to low-double-digits. That said, FY25 revenue growth should be back-half-loaded given higher incentives and lower other revenue expected in Q1/FY25, and timing of pricing actions, the firm adds.
