BMO Capital raised the firm’s price target on Visa (V) to $320 from $310 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares after its Q4 earnings beat. The quarter generally showed consistent trends across Consumer Payments, and benefited from strong VAS trends/accelerating New Flows growth, and as expected, the DOJ lawsuit discussion was limited, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Visa’s revenue and earnings growth will prove more enduring than investors anticipate, BMO added.
