Barclays raised the firm’s price target on Victory Capital (VCTR) to $75 from $70 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares post the Q4 report. Net outflows persisted, but management noted slightly positive net flows in January, and a large, not-yet-funded pipeline to come in 2025, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
