The company said, “As we begin the new year, we recognize the macro environment is uncertain and consumer confidence has shifted. In addition, much of the U.S. experienced unseasonal weather creating an additional headwind to start the year, which is considered in our guidance for the first quarter. The Company is forecasting net sales for the first quarter of 2025 to be in the range of $1.30 billion to $1.33 billion compared to last year’s first quarter net sales of $1.359 billion. At this forecasted level of net sales, adjusted operating income for the first quarter of 2025 is expected to be in the range of $10 million to $30 million.”
