Ladenburg raised the firm’s price target on VICI Properties to $37 from $34.50 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares heading into Q1 earnings. The firm, which increased its estimates, argues that VICI Properties "should be one of the best positioned REITs for a potential uncertain macro environment" given its transparent tenant base, potential upside from announced and already structured investments, locked in capital, and a positive correlation to inflation.
