Evercore ISI lowered the firm’s price target on VICI Properties (VICI) to $35 from $37 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The net lease group slipped, performance wise, in Q4 and FY24 sector performance lagged the broader REIT index “again” at 2% for the net lease sector versus 4.9% for the REITs overall, the analyst tells investors in a Q4 recap note.
