VersaBank announces common share offering, no amount given

VersaBank (VBNK) announced that it has filed a preliminary prospectus supplement to its short form base shelf prospectus dated November 22. The Preliminary Supplement was filed in connection with a public offering of the Bank’s common shares. The Preliminary Supplement has been filed with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada except Quebec. The Preliminary Supplement has also been filed with the U.S. SEC as part of a registration statement on Form F-10 under the U.S./Canada Multijurisdictional Disclosure System. Raymond James & Associates is acting as the sole bookrunning manager, and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, A Stifel Company, and Roth Canada are acting as co-managers for the offering.
