Valero price target lowered to $140 from $145 at TD Cowen

TD Cowen lowered the firm’s price target on Valero (VLO) to $140 from $145 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm said earnings were weaker than their view of investor expectations impacted by relatively active maintenance and persistent capture headwinds.
