French automotive company Valeo (VLEEY) is suing Nvidia (NVDA) after its engineer Mohammad Moniruzzaman, who previously worked for Valeo, mistakenly showed Valeo’s source code files on his computer as he was sharing his screen during a meeting with both firms, Engadget’s Mariella Moon reports, citing the suit. Valeo alleges Moniruzzaman gave his personal email unauthorized access to its systems to steal “tens of thousands of files” and 6GB of source code and then left the company a few months later and took the stolen information with him when he was given a senior position at NVIDIA.
