V2X, Parsons establish joint venture to pursue $8B ASESC contract

V2X (VVX) announced a strategic joint venture with Parsons (PSN) in pursuit of the National Science Foundation Antarctica Science and Engineering Support Contract. or ASESC, with an $8B ceiling value. The newly formed joint venture, named Polar Science Alliance, or PSA, is a wholly dedicated entity which will enable scientific research support services for the United States Antarctic Program over the next two decades.
