UPS may not have renewed SurePost deal with USPS, says Wells Fargo

UPS (UPS) may not have renewed its SurePost service agreement with the United States Postal Service, which may introduce some volume risk into 2025, Wells Fargo tells investors in a research note. The firm, which has an Overweight rating and $150 price target on the shares, estimates UPS moves roughly 3M SurePost packages per day, representing more than 15% of Domestic volume and $6.5B of revenue. Wells continues to like UPS for its stabilized earnings growth supported by price and costs.
