UnitedHealth (UNH)care, a unit of UnitedHealth Group, has promoted Tim Noel as the division’s new CEO following the killing of former CEO Brian Thompson in December, reported CNBC. Previously, Noel was the head of Medicare and retirement at UnitedHealthcare, the insurance arm of UnitedHealth Group, the report noted.
