uniQure announces ordinary share, warrant offering, no amount given

uniQure (QURE) announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of its ordinary shares and pre-funded warrants to purchase its ordinary shares. Leerink Partners is acting as the bookrunning manager for the proposed offering.
