Canaccord lowered the firm’s price target on Ulta Beauty to $500 from $522 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm lowered their estimates to account for continued normalization in US beauty demand. They also continue to see promotions trending higher on a sequential basis despite healthy demand, which they believe is due to slowing beauty demand and increased competition between Ulta and Sephora.
