Exane BNP Paribas upgraded UBS (UBS) to Outperform from Neutral with a price target of CHF 35, up from CHF 27.50. The firm says market concerns around the impact of a revision to Swiss capital rules are overdone. The release of capital from UBS’s foreign subsidiaries may “neutralize the most threatening element of the proposals,” the analyst tells investors in a research note.
