The U.S. Supreme Court has refused to revive a $1.6B award against IBM (IBM), which was accused by KKR‘s (KKR) BMC Software for poaching a client in violation of a licensing agreement, Greg Stohr of Bloomberg reports. BMC claimed IBM violated their agreement by swapping in its own software while providing services for AT&T (T), a mutual client.
