Tyson Foods CFO John Tyson pleaded guilty and agreed to pay a $150 fine each on charges of public intoxication and criminal trespass after being arrested in November for falling asleep in a house that wasn’t his, according to the prosecutor’s office and the district court in Fayetteville, Arkansas, reported The Wall Street Journal’s Patrick Thomas. A lawyer representing Mr. Tyson declined to comment and a Tyson Foods spokesman had no immediate comment, the report noted. Reference Link
