The Turkish unit of PepsiCo’s (PEP) Frito-Lay has been hit with a $36M penalty after the country’s antitrust regulatory concluded a probe into the division, Taylan Bilgic of Bloomberg reports. Frito-Lay will also have to allocate a section of its stands to rival brands if those competitors do not have their own presence in smaller stores, the Turkish Antitrust Board said, according to Bloomberg.
