A group of 13 former TSMC (TSM) staff have filed a lawsuit against the company in California over an alleged “discriminatory scheme” that favors Taiwanese foreign workers at its U.S. plants, Forbes’ Sarah Emerson reports. The employees claim that TSMC has favored employees who are Taiwanese citizens and forced out American workers, according to the report.
