TSMC (TSM) has approached U.S. chipmakers Nvidia (NVDA), AMD (AMD), and Broadcom (AVGO) about investing in a joint venture to operate Intel’s (INTC) factories, Reuters’ Fanny Potkin, Milana Vinn and Wen-Yee Lee report.
