President Trump is readying an announcement on auto tariffs as soon as today, Josh Wingrove and Joe Deaux of Bloomberg report, citing people familiar with the matter. Trump told reporters earlier this week that he would detail the auto levies in the coming days, Bloomberg notes. The level and scope of the auto tariffs are not clear, it adds. Publicly traded companies in the space include Ford (F), General Motors (GM), Honda (HMC), Mercedes-Benz (MBGYY), Nissan (NSANY), Stellantis (STLA), Tesla (TSLA), Toyota (TM) and Volkswagen (VWAGY).
