Mizuho raised the firm’s price target on Trip.com Group to $60 from $55 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares post the Q4 report. The company’s profitability came in significantly above expectations, driven by recovering demand for travel and efficiency gains from cross-selling, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says that as the two major supply constraints for outbound, capacity and visa, started easing, Trip.com’s revenue mix shift will continue supporting margin expansion.
