Traeger (COOK) announced that Dominic Blosil, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, has decided to transition out of his role. Mr. Blosil will continue to serve as CFO through the filing of the Company’s first-quarter 10-Q and will provide transition support through the end of 2025. As part of a planned succession, Joey Hord, Traeger’s Senior Vice President of Finance and Strategy, will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer and join the executive team.
