Tesla must face a proposed lawsuit alleging the company misled consumers about its cars’ self-driving capabilites, Rachel Graf of Bloomberg reports. The company has been accused of overstating back in 2016 that all of its cars would have “hardware needed for full self-driving capability” and that they would be able to drive themselves across the country by the end of 2017.
