Tesla (TSLA) has accused Germany’s IG Metall union of seeking to wreak havoc at the company’s gigafactory near Berlin by aiming to oust the head of the works council, Reuters’ Christoph Steitz and Victoria Waldersee report. The union previously said it had filed a motion with a local court to remove the factory’s works council head from the committee, the authors note.
