BofA analyst David Wright downgraded Telefonica to Neutral from Buy with a price target of EUR 4.10, down from EUR 4.40. The stock has been one of the best performing telcos in Europe year-to-date, but with a “full” price target the firm sees a lack of catalysts to sustain outperformance on a 12 month view, the analyst tells investors.
