Wolfe Research assumed coverage and upgraded TE Connectivity to Outperform from Peer Perform with an $187 price target. Revenues for TE Connectivity have been virtually flat for the last two years, mainly reflecting inventory destocking across several end-markets, but while the firm still sees a tough macro backdrop, TE Connectivity appears well-poised to grow the top-line, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Wolfe adds that it sees revenue up 6% in FY25 and 8% in FY26, noting that the company is uniquely positioned to sustain strong Auto “outgrowth”.
