Citi analyst Paul Lejuez lowered the firm’s price target on Target to $117 from $130 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The analyst expects “weak but inline” Q3 results from Target with a guidance reiteration. The firm believes traffic continued to be weak in Q3 and does not expect to hear a meaningful improvement in general merchandise.
