T-Mobile price target raised to $275 from $255 at Benchmark

Benchmark analyst Matthew Harrigan raised the firm’s price target on T-Mobile (TMUS) to $275 from $255 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares, recognizing yesterday’s “strong results” and incremental market share gains relative to AT&T (T) and Verizon (VZ), as well as heightened long-term growth confidence. The company’s postpaid phone gain of 903,000 represented about 46% of Q4 total growth among the three major U.S. Mobile Network Operators and represented T-Mobile’s highest ever quarterly postpaid phone gain, the analyst tells investors.
