Synopsys is getting ready to kick off the sale of its software integrity business, which could be valued at $3B or higher, Bloomberg’s Ryan Gould and Katie Roof report, citing people with knowledge of the matter. The company has hired an adviser to help it gauge interest in the unit, known as SIG, the authors note.
