Sunstone Hotel price target lowered to $9 from $10 at Compass Point

Compass Point analyst Floris van Dijkum lowered the firm’s price target on Sunstone Hotel to $9 from $10 and keeps a Sell rating on the shares. The company’s wine country assets are expected to benefit from increased group demand in the back half of 2023, but their return on invested capital “remains disappointing,” the analyst tells investors in a post-earnings note.
