Sun Country (SNCY) announced Thursday that it had extended its contract with Amazon (AMZN) optionally until 2037 and expanded the cargo fleet from 12 to 20 aircraft, Morgan Stanley tells investors in a research note. This is a significant catalyst for the stock and could add $1+ EPS annually starting in 2H25 on a run-rate basis, the analyst says. The firm made no change to its Overweight rating or $21 price target on Sun Country shares.
