Stifel upgraded Equity Residential (EQR) to Buy from Hold with a price target of $81.50, up from $77.75. Stifel noted that Equity Residential has lagged its apartment peers year-to-date and is the “second worst performing name in 2024,” but added that Equity Residential’s 2024-2026 estimated FFO CAGR is 4.2% vs. the peer average of 3.9%.
